We need a custom torque and size, but my last supplier took 2 months to get me a sample. How fast are you?
A: This is our specialty. Our standard process is:
24 Hours: Initial design proposal and quote after we get your drawing/requirements.
7-10 Days: Mold fabrication (if needed).
15-20 Days: First batch of physical samples in your hands.
We have a dedicated engineering team for custom projects, so your request doesn’t go
into a long queue.
We can get you a working sample to test in your product in about 3 weeks, not 3 months.
What happens if I get a bad batch? What’s your warranty?
A: It’s rare because of our 100% testing, but if it happens, our policy is simple: We replace it, no questions asked. Just send us a photo or video of the issue, and we’ll ship a replacement batch, often on the same day. Our standard warranty is 2 years, but
the real warranty is our reputation. We can’t afford to send out bad products.
Our goal is to make sure you never have to use our warranty. But if you do, it’s hassle-free.
The spec sheet says 50,000 cycles. Is that real, or will the torque die after 10,000?
A: You’re right to be skeptical. Many companies just estimate the lifespan. We have inhouse lifecycle testing machines running 24⁄7. When we say 50,000 cycles, it’s because we’ve actually run a batch that long and have the torque curve data to prove
it. We can even provide a test report showing that the torque is still within 85% of its
original value after 50,000 cycles.
We don’t guess our specs. We measure them. Ask us for the test data.
I’ve had dampers leak oil before and ruin my products. How do you prevent this?
A: We’ve heard this horror story too. It’s why we use a 100% automated air pressure leak test on every unit. Each damper is pressurized and checked for pressure drops by
a machine. If it fails, it’s automatically rejected. We don’t rely on a person’s judgment. We also use higher-grade silicone oil and imported sealing rings that are more resistant to temperature changes.
We’ve made oil leaks a machine’s problem, not a human’s, which is why our failure rate is so low.
Your price is a bit higher than another quote I got. Why?
A: That’s a fair question. The price difference usually comes down to one thing:
testing. A lot of factories only spot-check their products. We test every single damper and hinge for torque and seal integrity before it leaves our factory. This costs more, but it means you won’t get a batch where 10% of the units are duds, which ends up costing you more in labor, returns, and reputation.
You’re paying a little more for the guarantee that 100% of what you receive actually works as specified.
I’m in Mexico. Is shipping from China going to be slow and expensive?
A: We ship to over 40 countries, so we have this figured out. We have accounts with DHL, FedEx, and several sea freight forwarders. We can give you a clear quote for both
air and sea so you can choose. For most sample orders, you can expect them in 5-7 days by air. For bulk orders, we handle all the export paperwork and can ship to your port or even door-to-door.
